    My approach

It is important to me to understand you and your life’s story. My initial goal is to see the world through your eyes. I want to understand what has shaped you and your life, what you appreciate about it, what you find difficult or frustrating, and what you might want or be able to change. Each of us is made up of countless personality facets, which are influenced by and influence our experiences and behavior, and these do not always go hand in hand. At times, this can lead to both internal and external conflicts. However, this does not mean that something is “wrong” with you. Much of what defines us is our complexity – the fact that we can be one way in one moment or situation and different in another. My primary aim is to understand precisely this complexity that makes you you.

My job is to help you see how your specific ways of thinking, feeling, and acting create effects both within yourself and in your interactions with others, and how some of these patterns might contribute to difficulties in certain situations. If you are interested in developing some of these aspects further, for example, by trying out different ways of thinking, new perspectives, or behaviors that may suit your situation better, then this is a good place for doing that. At the same time, it is important to emphasize that “change” does not always have to be the primary goal. Often, understanding and being understood, as well as taking time to reflect, can itself make a meaningful difference and help you feel more secure, comfortable and confident in your life situation.

Finally, I am someone who places great value on movement and spending time outdoors. If this resonates with you, I am very open to incorporating and supporting elements of movement or movement and health goals in our work together.
